Barbara is a graduate of the University of Economics in Kraków, Hogeschool Avans in the Netherlands, and an International MBA graduate of the St. Gallen Business School in Switzerland.

She has many years of experience in different parts of the real property development sector, housing, office and mixed-use markets. Hand in hand with the company’s Management Board and shareholders, she manages the operations of the capital group in Poland and is directly involved in creating the strategy and coordinating Sol e Mar’s business activities on the Polish market. She is also responsible for consolidating the group’s position in Poland, maximising its outcomes and effectively coordinating the operations of the Group’s companies.

Maria is a graduate of the Faculty of Journalism at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków as well as the Social Communication Department, specialising in PR and advertising. She supervises PR and marketing activities on behalf of the company, and creates and implements marketing strategies for real property investment projects delivered by the Group. She also supervises the sales process and manages the sales office team. As the company’s Authorised Representative, she represents SPVs in transactions before a notary.

Jarosław is a graduate of the Technical University of Kraków and the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, and offers over 20 years of experience in the real property investment construction sector. He holds an unlimited construction license in structural construction, road, bridge, hydrotechnology and melioration, as well as skills and experience in investor’s supervision and investment processes. He also has experience both in the housing and commercial sector.

Our designer Agnieszka is a graduate of the Technical University of Kraków, Faculty of Architecture at the Architecture and Urban Planning Department. Agnieszka possesses over 10 years of experience in the design sector. She is responsible for liaising and working with persons engaged in the preparation of the design documentation for investment projects. Agnieszka supervises and coordinates the technical and administrative aspects of investment projects. She is an asset manager.

Katarzyna is a graduate of the University of Economics in Kraków. Katarzyna manages the day-to-day work of the office and ensures the swift and efficient internal flow of information. She coordinates collaboration with service providers and the company’s contractors including law offices, accountants and architectural studios. Her responsibilities also include the ongoing monitoring and analysis of the housing market and updating the foreign investors involved in the company on the economic conditions and business developments in Poland. She liaises with financial institutions.
